Q.

Are your Kobe or bison ribeyes aged? If so, for how long?

A.

Both our Kobe beef ribeye steaks & bison ribeye steaks are wet-aged for better flavor & tenderness. The amount of time can vary – but can be anywhere up to four weeks for bison and five weeks for Kobe beef.
