We haven’t tried infusing borage blossoms in alcohol, so we’re not sure how much flavor will be pulled from the flowers and whether some aspects will be more prominent than others. Assuming (for the purpose of suggestions) that the borage’s mild cucumber-esque flavor does come through, we’d suggest using that as your guide and looking at aromatics that are paired with cucumber in cocktails.
